Conditions for Obtaining
Short-Term Residence Permit by Acquiring Property in Turkey.
- The property subject to
the application must be a residential property.
- The minimum value of the
title deed sale price for those who
purchase a house must be $200,000.
- The names of family
members must be included in the title deed under joint or shared ownership when
the registration is made.
- If available, Numarataj
( address number) document related to the property should be added to the file.
- The property must be
purchased from a Turkish citizen, not from a foreigner.
- The foreigner must
reside in the property they have purchased. The property used for residence
permit purposes cannot be rented out.
